Please note that you should never attempt to clean your rugs in a regular washing machine or dryer, as these machines can potentially damage the delicate fibers and construction of the rugs.

To ensure a seamless customer experience, our return policy offers customers the flexibility to initiate a return within a 30-day window from the delivery date without incurring any additional costs, including return shipping fees. 

Should you encounter any defects in the products you purchase from us, rest assured that a replacement will be promptly dispatched to you at no extra expense. 

• Please reach out to us via info@woolknot.com to start the return process. Have evidence of the defect on hand to accelerate the return process. 
• Make sure that defective items must be returned within 30 days after shipment. 

Order Cancellation 

Once your order has been confirmed, you have the flexibility to cancel it before we start preparing it for shipment. We will do our utmost to accommodate changes or cancellations for orders that have not yet entered the processing phase. Should you cancel an order, we will return all funds we've received from you, encompassing shipping fees.  

However, be aware that once the order processing begins, it is not possible to modify or cancel it.  

In cases of force majeure*, we are not responsible for any errors or delays in the execution of refund processes until the incident ceases to affect our ability to perform these processes.
